Recipe - Brandy snap mix

Ingredients 

Glucose 50 gms
Sugar 50 gms
Melted Butter 50 gms
Flour 50 gms

Method

In a heavy pan bring together glucose and sugar.
Heat till sugar completely dissolves.
Take off heat and mix in the melted butter.
Finally add flour and keep in fridge to rest.
