Method:
  • For the filling, whip the cream till stiff peak& fold with pastry cream.
  • Chop fruit cocktail.
  • Cut the cake in three layers.
  • Put the first layer of the cake over the cake board.
  • Moisten it with sugar syrup and spread whipped cream & pastry cream mixture
  • evenly. Sprinkle chopped fruit cocktail evenly over the cream l
  • Put the second layer; moisten it with sugar syrup and spread whipped cream & pastry cream mixture evenly. Sprinkle chopped fruit cocktail evenly over the cream layer.
  • Put the third layer; Moisten it with sugar syrup spread only whipped cream on top &     sides.
  • Refrigerate for a while.Garnish with pineapple, kiwi, peach slices& chocolate cutouts. Refrigerate the cake.
