Method:
- For the filling, whip the cream till stiff peak& fold with pastry cream.
- Chop fruit cocktail.
- Cut the cake in three layers.
- Put the first layer of the cake over the cake board.
- Moisten it with sugar syrup and spread whipped cream & pastry cream mixture
- evenly. Sprinkle chopped fruit cocktail evenly over the cream l
- Put the second layer; moisten it with sugar syrup and spread whipped cream & pastry cream mixture evenly. Sprinkle chopped fruit cocktail evenly over the cream layer.
- Put the third layer; Moisten it with sugar syrup spread only whipped cream on top & sides.
- Refrigerate for a while.Garnish with pineapple, kiwi, peach slices& chocolate cutouts. Refrigerate the cake.
