longer time as the leavening agent will activate the process which might
results in deflating of the cake. Oven should be ready for right temperature
and let the baking process begin.
Pre-heating the Oven is must and it should be turned on as you through making the
necessary bakery preparations. Right temperature is the main key point here for

time at the specific temperature and avoid peeking regularly in the oven for
cake readiness.
Check the rack for cake baking process to
finish and don't bring out too soon let the cake risen to its highest in center. Slight dome shape and
color of the product are signs that baking process is finished and prick the
base for checking the inside. Once out let the cake get some air in the wire
racks to avoid sogginess later.
