These are used to cool the baked out products that have just gotten out of the heating oven. This allows air to circulate through the product and avoid sogginess that further freshens up the product for longevity.

Mixers: 
These are special equipment used for mixing the products, dough makers are used in large-scale establishments while food mixers allow creating a smooth paste of the ingredients. These aid in creating impeccable mixtures and create the same taste throughout the mixture.

Refrigeration:
There will also be refrigeration required to increase the shelf life of the products and while of the products like Cake they are better preserved in cold temperature. 

Dry Storage: 
There should be separate racks to take care of materials that require dry storage accordingly. These items are best preserved in this atmosphere only and provide longevity for their use subsequently. Airtight jars are preferably used for items to manage them with other items.
